Wakatobi National Marine Park, the Coral Triangle's Underwater Paradise in Asia-Pacific

 

Wakatobi is well-known for having the world's most excellent reef and fish species concentration. As the second-largest barrier reef in Indonesia after the Great Barrier Reef in Australia, the islands are a popular tourist destination. Atolls, fringing reefs, and barrier reefs may all be found here. More than 50 fantastic dive sites can quickly be reached from the central islands. Make Your Way There

Only Xpress Air flies from Jakarta to Southeast Sulawesi's Bau-Bau and lands at Wangi-Wakatobi Wangi's Matohara Airport. You'll need to take a boat from here to get to Wakatobi. Charter flights operated by Wakatobi Dive Resort allow guests arriving directly from Bali to the island of Tomia to be picked up by the resort.
